The Last of Us: Part II is no doubt one of the most waited game for PlayStation fans since the first entry released back in 2013 as the first game’s ending was vague and cliffhanging.
Later in 2016, it was officially announced that the sequel is in the work, this indeed put fans in a big hype train until they realized that the details for this game are just scarce, leaving them think that the game might be skipping PlayStation 4 for a greater good.
However, it seems like we are getting closer to the release now as Geoff Keighley, The Game Awards’ host and founder has shown the invitation letter for The Last of Us: Part II Media Event which is going to be happened in Los Angeles on September 24th.
At this time, we still have no information about the event; nevertheless, it is possible that the release date will be revealed there.
The Last of Us is one of Naughty Dog’s franchises that tells the story of Joel and Ellie, two protagonists venturing through the United States in post-apocalypse world filled with infected fungus-like zombies. The game was highly acclaimed by its graphics and in-game crafting system
The Last of Us: Part II is now in development exclusively for PlayStation 4. The game takes place 5 years after the event in the first game.
